„Wonderful large very clean condo with view of the lake, three decks, great furniture, great hot showers with good water pressure. Loved how close condo was to the trail up to Cascade Lake, a very scenic hike! Also liked how close it was to Rosario Marina, and within fast drive to Mt Constitution.“

Living room space was nice and comfy, especially when the fireplace was going. I only regret not walking across the road to the beach, im definitely gonna have to come back some other time just for me.“

It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc.“
