Tucked away in the tropical paradise of Coco Beach Grand Reserve Golf and Country Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. With views of El Yunque National Rainforest. Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home private office that sleeps 8. Stocked Kitchen, a wet bar with wine fridge, living room, dining room, and 3 balconies and a terrace. Have fun hanging out downstairs in the patio sitting area with BBQ and awesome breeze. You don’t have to bring anything, only food and your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the house such as towels, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. All Bathrooms include basic toiletries and has hot water. It is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living room, and dining room Netflix, Hulu, Roku TVs, and high-speed internet, WIFI are all included. Walking distance to both the Beach and Golf Course. We offer 2 Free Parking and there is a Golf Cart available to use (not a mode of transportation and at times it goes under maintenance) and take to the beach. Our Villas Del Mar neighborhood offers: Beach access, the beach parking lot is located on the left side across from the Golf Club House. There is plenty to do whether you golf, want to horseback ride, zip line, hang out in the waterfalls nearby in the Rain Forest, take the ferries to see the beautiful nearby Islands of Culebra, and Vieques, a short 30 Minute drive to the Bioluminescent Bay Tours or just relax by the beach every day. Amazing house with amazing location
Property was great and the location was great as well. It was secure and it was peaceful. San Juan was not far and great places to visit were close by. Host was amazing and very responsive. Overall a great location to stay at.

Dream vacation
We had such a great vacation! The house was just as described and had anything we could need, especially in the kitchen. We loved the golf cart and enjoyed driving to see the sunset every night. Perfect welcome to Puerto Rico
Our family LOVED our stay in this well stocked, lovely home! The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms had everything you needed or possibly forgot from home, there were ample towels (including beach towels), a large washer and dryer to keep us clean, yard games, and beach accessories. The house was CLEAN and we felt very comfortable. My favorite spot was in one of the hammocks on the lower deck in the shade. We were close to all the activities/places we wanted to visit on the Northeast side of the island ~ about 20 minutes to El Yunque, about 40 to Fajardo (Luguna Grande Bioluminescent Bay) and about 50 to Old San Juan. The best part of all was the VERY fast response and care from the owner. She contacted us when the internet went down and called the company while we were ziplining in the rainforest, she answered all my questions within an hour, and even reached out to make sure we were watching the weather and aware of increased danger for rip tides after the storm passed. I would 1000% recommend this lovely home to anyone looking to enjoy some time on the northeast side of the island.

Wonderful home to stay at while exploring Puerto Rico!
This home is beautiful, clean, spacious, and has very confortable beds. Every morning we felt so rested and had no problems making breakfast in the huge kitchen. The whole family was able to eat meals together at the dining table, which made the trip even better. Never had any issues with plenty of hot water with everyone showering. The home had everything we needed for our adventures and trips to the beaches. We explored Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Playa Luquillo, Playa Azul, Seven Seas Beach, Playa Colorá, took a tour of Cabezas de San Juan and the oldest lighthouse, rode a horse on the beach, explored El Yunque, took sunset family photos on the tree swing at Coco beach. Playa Colorá was our favorite beach. Only complaints would be the freezer doesn’t make enough ice and the cooler handle is hard to extend out. I highly recommend this house for a stay in Puerto Rico and would stay here again and again.

Better than we imagined!
Our family of 7 recently stayed in this amazing home! The house was better than we imagined. Beautiful home and safe location. The house was fully stocked with everything and then some. The rooms were spacious and there was storage galore! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The laundry room was an added bonus and so was the golf cart! Communication with the host was amazing. You will not regret your stay here!

Wish we could have stayed longer
This place worked great for us. Four bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect along with a washer/dryer. Wish we could have stayed longer. Location was great for day trips to different places. We didn't make it to the beach nearby unfortunately. There was just so much to see and do. We loved having beach chairs and a cooler to use. Didn't use the golf cart, but might have had we stayed longer or didnt have a rental car. We loved the patio and had dinner out there a couple times and enjoyed just hanging out there. Tile was a little slippery though. Overall great place!

Perfect Rio Grande Villa
We had such a lovely stay here, I can’t recommend it enough. The host was very responsive and accommodating for our late arrival. The house has everything you could need including towels and beach amenities. The kitchen is well stocked and has many appliances. I hope I get to stay here again in the future, thank you!!

Couldn’t have picked a better place for our vacation!
Check in / Check out process was very smooth, host is very nice and responsive, the home exceeded my expectations as it looks even better in person! Super clean, organized, fully stocked with all necessities, located in a very safe location close to most attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and a super walmart. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time and made beautiful memories in the property. House is very spacious with many balconies my favorite one being the one with the hammock, I spent many nights there just admiring the beautiful Puerto Rican sky and listening to the beautiful sounds of el Coquí. Golf cart was a huge plus and the private beach near the property was great!!! I will be booking this property everytime I go back to PR!!! Torres Family Vacation

Beautifully appointed and very clean, well supplied and close to El Yunque, Las Cabezas NWR and airport. Check in at 5 pm is too late to settle and find dinner on holiday weekend. Written instructions for arriving at entrance into gated community are wrong and no attendant at gate, causing encounter with unpleasant, rude, extremely impatient resident. Enjoyed beach combing but disappointed so many trails closed at El Yunque & NWR

A Dream Birthday Stay
My 30th birthday at Coco Beach Resort in Puerto Rico was pure magic. We were amazed by the thoughtful amenities and stunning surroundings from the moment we arrived. Having our own rooms with AC was a highlight, providing comfort and privacy in the warm Puerto Rico weather. The property's two gates added a sense of security, giving us peace of mind. The house was stocked with unexpected treats like hair straighteners, bug spray, sunscreen and every kitchen amenity that you could think of making us feel cared for. The golf cart was a fun bonus, getting us to the beach in just 3 minutes and adding adventure to our trip. With multiple beautiful porches, we enjoyed the breathtaking landscape and fresh air. Especially during our morning coffee. The cleanliness exceeded expectations, feeling like a true home away from home. They also gave us wonderful recommendations and a late check out helping us so much. Coco Beach Resort was the perfect spot for my birthday. Comfortable rooms, safety, unexpected amenities, the convenient golf cart, and stunning landscape made it unforgettable. If you want a slice of paradise in Puerto Rico, this is it. Thanks for an amazing 30th!
