Haus am Berghang mit privatem Salzwasserpool auf mehr als 6 Hektar Regenwald

Sie werden sich in diesem Ferienhaus vor dem El Yunque National Rainforest auf einem Hektar großen tropischen Regenwald willkommen fühlen. Privater, geschlossener Zugang auf einem kleinen Berg, nur 1,6 km von PR3 entfernt. Aus Komfortgründen eingerichtet. Große private Terrasse und 10x20 'Salzwasserpool. Dies ist keine beengte Wohnung mit vielen Nachbarn. Sie befinden sich in einem sicheren tropischen Bergdschungel mit viel Platz zum Erkunden und Genießen!

Die Liegenschaft befindet sich in der Nähe von El Yunque National Forest, Luquillo (Monserrate) Strand (einer der besten Strände der Insel), Hacienda Allegre, St. Das Regis Bahia Beach Resort, das Wyndham Rio Mar Resort und 20 Schnellstraßenmeilen von San Juan entfernt. 40 Minuten nach Ceiba für Fähren nach Culebra & Vieques. Viele tolle Aktivitäten und Restaurants sind bequem zu erreichen.

Schlafzimmer: KEINE BETTEN!
Kingsize-Bett in der Master-Suite mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und separatem Bad mit großer Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet eine komfortable Königin und einen brandneuen Futon für Schlafmöglichkeiten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer enthält ein traumhaftes französisches Bett. Das zweite Badezimmer befindet sich am Ende des Flurs in der Nähe der Schlafzimmer 2 und 3.
Für ein reisendes Baby ist ein Pack N Play erhältlich.

Viele Bettwäsche, Kissen und Handtücher (einschließlich Strandtücher) sind vorhanden.

Das Haus hat viele Versammlungen mit Freunden und Familie in der offenen Küche mit großer Insel, mit vielen Gästen auf der großen Terrasse oder der offenen Garage mit zwei Ständen bei Regenwetter untergebracht.

Der offene Grundriss und die geräumigen Zimmer befinden sich auf einer Ebene, so dass ältere Menschen oder Kleinkinder sich leicht fortbewegen können. Keine Schritte!

This was the way
This VRBO was the way. Period. Hector and Kim gave a very welcoming feeling being introduced into the home. Although we didn’t have the privilege to meet Kim, Hector was very kind and accommodating. We saw him 2-3 times as he was passing by which, although he was very nice, it was nice to not feel heavily monitored. The home was well furnished, the couch was comfy, the beds were great, the pool was amazing! Thank you from Boston, MA!

Just book it, you won’t regret it!
This house, location, and the hosts were absolutely perfect! We were within driving distance to everything from Old San Juan, Beaches, rainforest, restaurants, Ralph’s grocery- and after long days out we came back to the most peaceful, stunning property with a great pool. The house is clean- and I’m very picky about that, in fact I spent hours upon hours looking for a place to stay before choosing this one- stocked with everything you need for cooking or grilling, beds were so comfortable, always had water and electricity. Hector was very helpful, and our teens loved his dogs. Kim was easily reachable via text, check-in was seamless and she sent everything we needed to know ahead of time. This was such an amazing trip and this VRBO made it so much better. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property with pool
Easy to find, but the roads are steep at times. Communication was a breeze with Kim, who responded to texts promptly. Having an app to open the gate up on arrival made it very smooth, and a code for the door as well -- no keys to keep track of. Privacy was not an issue, the whole floor was for our use, as well as the pool, even though Hector was on the floor above and close by if we needed him. I LOVED the foliage and wildlife we found when exploring. Thank you for the perfect stay!

Breath taking beautiful property.
Exactky what I was looking for. Quiet home in the mounatains with outstanding views in the rain forest. Conveniently located to El Yunque, Fajardo, Luquillo and groceries/dining. The cleanliness of property is top notch. Home is well equiped for cooking and entertaining. The poll is great for a dip at the end of the day. I cant say enough about the large variety of plants and trees. The Host, Hector lives upstairs and is wonderful man. He treated us like family. The Tesla power back up system kept us up and running during power outage. Onsite water storage was used when the water went out. Power and water interruptions are common in Puert Rico, but wont bother you a bit at this house. His Dogs that live with him are the best, especially Daisy. If your missing your dogs while on your trip you will have opportunity to get some dog time in. Not hard to find once you receive the pin drop for google maps. I will definitely be back for a visit. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY!!!

Comfy home in a beautiful location
Safe and comfortable home in a beautiful location. Close enough to beaches, rainforest, grocery stores, food, and natural attractions to make it convenient, but just far enough out to make it a wonderful refuge to escape to at the end of the day. The property is lovely and very well maintained and the hosts are attentive and very easy to communicate with. The salt water pool was divine. If we were traveling to this area again, we would 100% come back to this home.

Awesome stay
We had 5 adult family members and the house had everything for all of us. Hector was helpful, pleasant and so knowledgeable about the area. Although he lived upstairs we never felt like he was intruding in any way. The property was absolutely beautiful. The driveway is pretty steep but navigable easily as it is full concrete. If you love watching rainstorms this is the best view to see them. Hector has 3 little doggies that would come out to say good morning every day but didn’t hang out. They were the sweetest pups. The house was exactly as described and we were happy we chose it.

Wonderful
We had a fantastic time staying at Hector's property. It is probably the best equipped vacation home we have stayed at. The drawers and cabinets are labeled so you can find whatever you need with ease. The property is gorgeous and guests are provided with an immense amount of recommendations for things to do, restaurants, etc. Nice large living accommodations and Hector and his furry friends could not have been sweeter. We definitely hope to visit again. We will be recommending this property to anyone we know who plans to visit Puerto Rico.

House is great. Many details and accessories in kitchen, and bedrooms as well as for going to the beach. Hector was there to help for any issues we had. The pool is great and the view is fascinating. The best thing about the house is the driveway, full of beautiful trees. On the down side: Main bed was not super confortable, too soft. Also, the internet system to open and close the gate was pretty cool but it was a problem for us, since non-wifi internet was an issue being foreigners. Overall, it was a great experience and we recommend the house.

A little piece of paradise
We loved driving into the property, it felt like the entrance to a luxury resort. The garden along the driveway is lush with beautiful tropical plants. The highlight of staying here though was being greeted the first day (and every day after) by the furry welcoming committee. Hector’s dogs and cats were so excited to see us each day. We loved visiting with them. The home is very comfortable after days of exploring the area and great just to hang out by the pool or sit outside at night and listen to the frog sounds. It was great to have beach towels and beach chairs to take to the local beaches. A visit to Old San Juan was beautiful and historic but it was so nice to return to this quiet oasis in the hills. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and appreciated the handful of staples such as cooking oil, some spices and foil and plastic wrap. We loved hearing the rainforest creatures at night especially before or after it rains. You truly feel like you’re in the jungle. Saw hummingbirds, red tailed hawks, bananaquits and the coolest - the tree snails. They were huge! Look for them at night by the garden near the parking areas. Hector is the perfect host, kind and generous. Thank you for such a wonderful trip!

Vacation paradise
We took our 3 adult kids and daughter-in-law to PR for vacation. They never visited PR. Well, from the moment we walked into this home, we fell in love. It smelled so good. It was clean, and very spacious. We felt right at home. The pool was clean and water was nice and clear. We enjoyed sitting outside looking at the rainforest and listening to all the beautiful sounds of coquis and birds. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They answered all our questions in a timely order before and during the trip. We also fell in love with Kimberly's glass art. We all bought a piece from her. We would love to rent this home again if we ever go back to PR.

Beautiful, tranquil, secluded, safe property. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is there. Host Hector was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Loved the beautiful rainforest setting. The dogs and cats on the property made it feel like home. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though the weather wasn’t the greatest at the time we were there. Will probably be returning at a different time of year when Hector suggested the weather is usually better.

Our group consisted of two generations of cousins for an amazing ladies trip! Cannot say enough about the beauty of this property! The owner was immediately responsive to any questions we had. The pictures do not do it justice. The view off the back patio is a beautiful 180 ° view of the lush jungle/mountain terrain. The accommodations were wonderful. Spacious bedrooms and plenty of areas to commune together indoors or outside on the covered patio. Everything we needed was already provided in the kitchen. Local grocery stores are a few minutes away. We are so glad we did not choose to stay at one of the busy beach condos. Being able to return every evening from our explorations to this amazing secluded oasis was such a blessing! Sounds of exotic birds and the occasional coqui frog were a delight. Honestly we did not want to leave and will return there again.

A wonderful place for our family with small children to explore PR from and relax after a long day. Amazing view, and the house has everything you need. It is as great as it looks in the listing.
