The Space:

This ground-floor, 1-bedroom apartment, sleeps up to 3 guests and puts you a 6-minute walk from the sand — an easy, character-filled base for beach mornings and late dinners on Ashford Avenue.



The living area opens with a bold orange accent wall, a comfortable sofa bed for a third guest, a smart TV and a small desk for catching up on work. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, Keurig coffee maker with local coffee, toaster, kettle, rice maker, cookware and dishes, with a dining table set for three.



The bedroom sits behind a frosted glass door, with a queen bed dressed in soft white linens, a deep green accent wall, A/C, room-darkening shades, a smart TV and a record player with a stack of vinyl for slow evenings in. The full bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.



Downstairs, a shared arcade game room with retro cabinets is ready for friendly rivalries.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

Check-in is contactless with a smart lock. Free street parking is available but limited, and paid parking is available off-premises.

Condado is San Juan's most walkable beach neighborhood: palm-lined Ashford Avenue, Atlantic breezes and a dining scene that runs from brunch to late-night cocktails. It suits couples and small groups who want beach days and long dinners without needing a car.

- Uber and Lyft: plentiful and usually just minutes away

- Taxis: available at the airport and along Ashford Avenue

- Rental car: useful for day trips to El Yunque or Luquillo; free street parking is limited

- Public buses (AMA) run through the area

- Checkout is at 11 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a guest aged 21 or older; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.

- The home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels only and never records audio.

- Condado is a lively area and some city noise is possible; complimentary earplugs are provided.



Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. This property does not have a backup generator. During an outage, we recommend keeping devices charged in advance and being mindful of perishable food.

- Water Supply: This property does not have a backup water tank. In the event of a water service interruption, we recommend using water sparingly until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
