Step outside into the shaded backyard, your own private oasis featuring comfortable outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and covered seating areas — ideal for enjoying morning coffee, reading a book, or unwinding in the tropical breeze. Please note that the house does not have a generator. In Puerto Rico, power outages may occasionally occur without prior notice due to the local electric company, and unfortunately this is outside of our control. However, we will always do our best to assist guests should an outage occur.

The property is equipped with a cistern to help maintain water service during temporary water outages.
