Best beaches in San Juan..uber available, keyless entry comfortable and upgraded...sorry building does not allow pets.. children under 13 must have prior approval...sorry no accommodations for infants.

Condo was perfect for what we needed. Check in instructions were perfect, making for an easy check in process. The host even reached out making sure we got in. Condo was clean, A/C, & wifi worked great. Walgreens and restaurants right across the street which was nice. And short UBER ride to old San Juan.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Loli’s condo at Marbella del Caribe in Isla Verde. The location was exceptional, right on the beach and within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with every essential you would need for a short stay. Loli was responsive, helpful, and readily available to address any questions throughout our visit. We would absolutely consider staying here again on our next trip.

This condo was the perfect spot for our 5 day trip to PR. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and cooler. This location was easily accessible to the airport, the beautiful beach, several great restaurants and an easy Uber ride to Old San Juan. The host was accommodating and easy to reach.

The location was top notch. Right next to the beach and on a bus line. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. There's really no reason to rent a car if you're staying here. Dee has the place stocked with everything you'd need for an extended stay.There were some infrastructure issues. There were water restrictions due to a problem with the water company and we did lose power for an extended time. This was not the fault of the host, but it did detract from the experience.The noise level in the building was practically zero. The noise level outside was not great. There is a hookah bar across the street that blares their music at night. The bedroom is quieter than the living room, but we still needed to run the AC at night to drown out the music. Once again, this is not Dee's fault, but it was annoying. Really local PD should do something about it, but I have the feeling that they don't care.All in all we had a great time, but if you are noise-sensitive you may not have a good time here.

Very impressed with the beautiful condo. Unit equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach or to stay in and make dinner at home. Unit is in a nice area and is walkable to restaurants. Did uber to Old SanJuan a couple of times and the fare was reasonable. The beach is beautiful. I did reach out to the owner and she is very quick to respond

The place was beautiful and very close to restaurants and all kind of stores, also minutes away from the airport. Had easy access to the beach and the pool was clean and pleasant water temperature. The apt. was clean & the host had left beach chairs, beach towels and other little things we could use at the beach. Even tho it didnt have an ocean view, the view to the bay(puente Moscoso) was pretty as well & got infused with the night life & fun spirit from the main strip(city sounds)-but once the sliding door was closed, you heard nothing. When we arrived, the city was having water issues!! The 1st 3 days water was regulated to 4 hrs a day. But even with that percance we had a great time. The host had informed us about the issue & graciously extended our check-out time. We would return here.

The location couldn’t have been more perfect—walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and just a short drive to the mall, airport, and even Old San Juan via Uber. The pool and beach are literally steps from the lobby, which made relaxing so easy and convenient. The building’s security team is top-notch—friendly, attentive, and truly committed to keeping the property safe and in great shape. Just a tip: always keep your fob with you—you’ll need it to access just about everything, though the staff is gracious and helpful if you forget. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Great location, safe and clean

Kitchen had everything you need (even basic condiments) Location was great: direct beach access, pool, kids playground, grill stations, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants within walking distance Not ocean view but it over looks the city, San José Lagoon and mountains at a distance. You can also spot planes making final approach. Since it is located on 17th, the noise from street was not big problem. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler provided. Lounge chairs available for rent at beach There was also a massage tent. Bed was very comfortable (pillow top but firm) Did not try the sofa bed but looked big enough for 2.

It was right on the beach, it was a perfect stay. There was a strip of bars and restaurants right infront of the condo as well which was amazing as they stay open all night. The area is a safe and convenient place as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

My friend Jen and I were celebrating our 50th birthdays. The condo was super cute and perfect for us! The beach is right outside the back door of the condo building and plenty of restaurants in walking distance from quick and easy to really nice and fancy! Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Condo in Great Beach location

We enjoyed regular communications from the owner/manager regarding our stay. The unit is exactly as shown in the listing. We loved watching the nightly activity and hopping down to the beach/pool every day. Great location to everything by foot or by car if you decide to rent one. Parking is included which was amazing for us as we toured the island. We will absolutely stay again.
