LIVING ROOM: The living and dining room are beautifully designed and great for having your morning coffee to plan your day. The living room area has a very comfortable sofa bed for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. You may choose to open the sliding doors to take advantage of the breeze, use the fan, or central air. This space is comfortable for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move during your vacation.

KITCHEN: The bright open kitchen is equipped with all the necessities including a stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and of course wine glasses, dinner and silver ware. Perfect to cook your basic meals. A washer and dryer are available in the apartment for light loads. For heavier loads, there are coin-operated laundry facilities in the building.

There are two separate pools, one for adults and one for children. For the sports enthusiasts, there is a basketball court. Cozy apartment in a small complex, balcony overlooking the beach. This unit has beautiful originals art pieces from a young BORICUA (Puerto Rican) artist. Located at the Isla Verde Marine Reserve is one of the most famous beaches in Puerto Rico since it is right in the most popular tourism zone of the island. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families and business travelers.

Small complex on the 3rd with only 16 units. Private balcony, spectacular view day and sunset.


Unique Benefits

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.
We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
