The property's location is its best feature. Overall, the unit can best be described as wonky and shopworn. The windows are covered by heavy dark drapes, clipped together with oversized paper clips. There is no water view from the bedroom or bathroom - but rather these rooms overlook an alleyway. Issues that we experienced during our stay that could use attention included:1) The building entrance was frustratingly difficult to unlock - so difficult in fact that a few times we came home to the lock being taped open by residents. So much for security.2) Water pressure in the unit was extremely low - barely enough pressure from the shower to rinse off. Similarly, there seemed to be an issue with hot water as well.3) Nothing provided in case of emergency, as when the building lost power for approximately eight hours. As this is a pretty common occurrence in PR, one would expect to find at a minimum a flashlight.
