3BR Condado - Water Reserve + Backup Power, Walk to Beach

WATER AND POWER - PLEASE READ
Puerto Rico is currently under AAA's scheduled water interruption plan, and our zone alternates between days with and without service. We keep 70 gallons of water stored in the unit for exactly this, plus backup power for the fridge, WiFi and device charging. I stock drinking water before you arrive and will share our zone's schedule ahead of check-in so you know which days to plan around.

THE SPACE
Three bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor of a gated condominium - quiet, private, and set up for longer stays. Every bedroom has its own AC unit and the living room has a powerful inverter AC. Each bedroom has one full-size (double) bed with a premium mattress - three full beds total, sleeping up to 6.

The kitchen is stocked for real cooking: full-size fridge and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and cooking basics. There is a dedicated workspace with a desk and power.

LAUNDRY
In-unit washer and dryer, included with your stay. No coins, no shared machines, no laundromat runs.

PARKING
There is no parking at the building. No free spaces, no designated resident spaces, and no parking included with the unit. Parking is public street parking only and is not managed, controlled, or guaranteed by us. Street parking in this area is limited and can be difficult, since La Placita is nearby. If you are traveling with a car, please plan for this before you book.

LAYOUT
The apartment is on the second floor. There are stairs and no elevator - easy enough, but worth knowing if you are traveling heavy. Three bedrooms share one bathroom, so please plan accordingly if you are booking for a full group of six.

HOUSE RULES
This is a residential building, so we keep it respectful. No parties or events, quiet hours observed, no pets. Same-day bookings are not accepted so we can properly prepare the unit for you.

SECURITY
Entry is by smart lock. There is an exterior security camera at the front door - it covers the entry only, and there are no cameras inside the unit. The building entrance is gated.
