"Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Ein wirklich schönes, modernes und komfortables Hotel. "

"Das Hotel hat sehr viel Luft nach oben. Freundlich war lediglich das Zimmermädchen. Alle anderen konnten nicht mal die Tageszeit grüßen. Und das Restaurant verdient nicht mal den Namen. Ich habe nur 1 mal dort gegessen, niemals wieder. So schlecht hab ich noch nirgends gegessen. Hier mus dringend ein Koch eingestellt werden. Fazit: Besser ein anderes Hotel nehmen. "

"The architecture, the design are beautiful, the rooms, shower etc super comfortable, A/C, the staff extremely friendly, the parking easy, etc... etc... I already mentioned to the reception that they should change their policy regarding the products to choose from in the room. They have Nespresso capsule that they charge $ 55.-- and a bottle of wine for $ 980.-- (same price like in the restaurant). Well, the price per night is quite high comparing to our hotels and therefore a certain complimentary basic things should be included or like the wine reduced to 1/2 price or whatever. But a lovely oasis place to stay if you want to have a rest and a base in Merida. Thanks to all the stuff"

"Schönes Zimmer, sehr ruhig und sauber. Nachts war keine Klimaanlage nötig. Im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen. Das haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Innenstadt und kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Parken wird vom Hotelpersonal übernommen. Würden definitiv wieder kommen."

"Sehr großes Zimmer. Parkplatz vorhanden (valet parking). Nette Gegend, vom Zocalo allerdings etwas entfernt (ca 25 Minuten zu Fuß)."
