„Die Angestellten war immer sehr bemüht auf uns einzugehen. Bei Ankunft in unserem Zimmer konnten wir die Tür nicht abschließen. Deshalb wurde uns unverzüglich ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Besonders bemerkenswert ist, dass eine frühere Abreise aus persönlichen Gründen ohne Probleme von der Unterkunft ermöglicht wurde.“

„I really enjoyed my time at this hotel in Luquillo. The place is beautiful and extremely clean — they do a great job keeping everything spotless. The room was small but very comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy. The staff, although few, were very attentive and welcoming. There are just a couple of things that could be improved. „Although the place has no reception (please do not be fooled by the photo) the manager made excellent attempts at getting hold of me to talk me through the check-in process. This is a self service accommodation with codes which I had not been aware off (my fault for not reading). Once I contacted Jorge, I was easily able to enter the accommodation (all by entry codes). The best thing is that the bed was excellent. I slept like a baby. “

„We had an amazing time. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean. We did see a couple bugs, but I do understand we’re on a tropical island. They were tiny and not very overwhelming. It was great to have an air conditioning type unit in each area. It’s a great location everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. „I loved this place!!! The dock has such a breath taking view. I personally enjoy that it’s close to the airport, I like seeing the planes so up close. The villa feels like home, very cozy. Super aesthetic, great for taking pictures. And the area is nice, walkable and has authentic real Puerto Rican restaurants near by. “
