„James was super accommodating of all my requests. He set everything up for us personally and made sure everything was on time. Andrea, our full service maid/chef was 10/10. Her food was spectacular and she made us feel like kings. Can't wait to go back!“

„Amazing house and the views were even better than the listing photos! Easy drive to town. 4WD is recommended during rainy season as it's a steep dirt road to the house. The property caretakers (next door in the guest house) were quick to respond with any needs. Really enjoyed our stay. 5 stars all around.“

„The view is breathtaking, ac is cold, pool is refreshing and staff is fantastic. My whole family enjoyed this vacation. We had yoga instructors come from San Juan most mornings for family yoga in the private palapa as well as masseuses a couple times for sunset 10/10. The beach is really close, surfing is fun for all levels, restaurants are delicious. Town is about 30min out on a dirt road, and they are building a new road as I was there so may be closer soon - will be back!!“

„We absolutely loved our time at the Villa, it is the perfect location for a group and allows for lots of space for all. The pool was enjoyed by everyone, the night sky is spectacular and Joel and his family made it feel like home. We had a vehicle, so the 15 minute drive to and from SJDS was not a problem for us and we were closer to three incredible beaches from the villa than if we were in town.“

„This place is great! James was exceedingly helpful in the weeks prior to our visit. Thank you James! The house is beautiful and the folks taking care of it are lovely. Everything worked well, with the exception of the WiFi which was slow and only really available in the kitchen — not a big deal for us though; we have phones for hot spots & it meant that we enjoyed the resort (and the cafe) for our early morning work calls. „The Cooper house and the Casita Romantica is everything as edvertised. My wife and 8 year old son truly enjoyed the great views, local shopping and amazing food just 5 minutes away from the house. I like to give a special recognition to Gabriel Zamora, the property manager for being on top of things during our stay. He made sure our pool clean and the the house keepers did a great job daily of our rooms and living areas.“

„If you want to commune with nature and don't need close proximity to shopping, restaurants, action etc, this is a perfect place. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and gadgets making this a great spot for preparing gourmet meals. We particularly liked the fact that there's both a front porch and a back porch giving us the option to sit in the sun or not at our whim.“

„This villa is the perfect retreat spot with spectacular views of the bay. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. The villa is set up with all the essentials including rockers and table, chaise chairs and a hammock for nap time 😉.
