Welcome to your comfortable home base in San Juan del Sur.

This bright, 2‑bedroom apartment sits inside the secure, manned Tree Casa Resort complex and is ideal for couples, families or remote workers visiting the area. Both bedrooms are air‑conditioned and furnished with king‑size beds. All bedding and towels are provided.

The living area includes cable TV and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, cookware, utensils and a coffee maker — everything you need to prepare meals. Unwind in your private garden after a day at the beach.

The apartment sleeps up to 8 guests plus one infant in a cot: two king beds for 4, plus space for up to 4 extra foldaway/portable beds (please confirm number and ages of additional guests before arrival). A travel cot (crib) is available on request.

Cots and high chairs are available on request at no extra charge — please request during booking so we can have them ready.

Reliable high‑speed Wi‑Fi makes this unit well suited for remote work and streaming. All utilities are included in the rental price.

Guest access & resort amenities

The apartment is accessed through Tree Casa Resort. Resort amenities (pools, common areas and other facilities) are approximately a 2‑minute drive from the apartment entrance and can be used by guests for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use the resort facilities so we can arrange access.

Location & transport

- The apartment is about a 5‑minute drive from major supermarkets and superstores, making shopping convenient.
- The main town of San Juan del Sur and the beach are approximately a 14‑minute drive from the property — easy access to dining, nightlife and waterfront activities.
- Please note the property is not within walking distance of town; a vehicle or taxi is required for access. Free on‑site parking is provided.

Interaction with guests

We provide check‑in/check‑out instructions and key information prior to arrival. We are available to answer questions and assist during your stay — just message or call.

APARTMENT ACCESS

Assisted check‑in (someone on site): 07:00–16:00 Monday–Saturday. If you arrive during these hours a member of our team will meet you to hand over keys and show you in.

Out‑of‑hours arrivals: Self entry via a key safe. This option must be arranged in advance — please contact us before arrival to verify your identity and receive the access code.

If you plan to arrive outside the assisted hours, tell us your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before check‑in so we can make the necessary arrangements.
