Location was good for reaching main museums and points of interest. Facility was a bit old, but well maintained. GREAT breakfast and nice, helpful staff

Excellent for a good price!
This is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location for those on a budget! Try to follow up with management before your arrival because we had a little bit of confusion checking in. But it all worked out in the end! There is not great water pressure or hot water, but I expected that based on the price. Otherwise our stay was very nice, quiet and comfortable! They have a quaint patio outside where they serve meals and the free breakfast was delicious!

ムカついた
事前にチェックインが深夜1時過ぎることを伝えたのに、何の連絡もなし。ホテルに着いてベルを何度も鳴らすも応答なし。タクシーの運転手にホテルに電話してもらってやっと人がでてきた。チェックインの対応を不満にすると、翌日 何故不満にしたのか問い詰められてこわかった。謝られたけど、12時でチェックインは終わりなんだからしょうがないみたいなこと言われて、私が悪いみたいになって腹が立った。3泊だったのに、2泊目の夕方ホテルに戻ると、チェックアウトは12時なのに何故出ていかなかった？おかげで部屋が売れなかった、金を払えと言われた。私のせいで迷惑してると3人に囲まれて責められた。予約画面をみせて何回も説明してやっと自分達のあやまりに気づくと、態度を変えて笑いながら謝ってきた。滞在中ずっと気分が悪かった。

Small and cozy, good value
Small, quaint, and cozy hotel. The location is good as it's right by some fun bars and restaurants. It's also walking distance to the main downtown strip. The room and bathroom are small but for the price you get everything you need!

Hayatımda bu kadar gürültülü bir odada kalmamıştım. Belki bu cadde üzerinde olmasından kaynaklanıyor ama camlar sesi olduğu gibi geçiriyor. 2 gecede uyuyamadım. Geç Check out yapmak istedim. Otel boş olmasına rağmen kabul etmediler. Çalışan kadın gidiyor bu nedenle kabul edemeyiz dediler ama ben yemeğe gidip geldiğimde Kadın işini bitirmiş tv izliyordu. Resepsiyondakiler çok yardım sever değiller.

Not that sunny
The "hotel" is not really a hotel, but a hostel/backpacker-place. Location is good, and the staff is friendly. Expecialy the front clerk was nice, polite and helpful. Thats about all we can says that is positive about this place. Our room was an annex, that used to be a fast-food-cafe/hole in the wall. It was moist, not clean, had spider wire, insect-pupes, and insects in pretty much every corner. We asked them to clean the room, and they did. It was slightly better when we came back after having a stole around town - the city center is only a short walk away. The shower was partially open air, only one of three water taps worked etc, etc. The breakfast is included, but its not outstanding in any way. Even situated in the capital of Costa Rica, the number one coffee-country in the world, the coffee looked and tasted more like the. The beds wasn't very comfortable eighter. All in all a pretty crappy place - that we dont recommend for others.

Nice and simple hotel with everything you need
Location: perfect! Located 10-15 mins walking distance from a few happening areas. Room: great! we booked a room with private ensuite bathroom. It was definitely comfortable and clean. Towels were provided. Bonus: to our surprise, we had breakfast included! Since we booked a room with a private bathroom, we had a slightly bigger selection of things to choose from e.g. Costa rican breakfast plate, fruits, toast, cereal, coffee/daily juice.

At home vibe
The hotel owner was as sweet as sugar. She looked after me because she knew that I was alone. We often had great conversations over coffee or tea. The staff were down to earth. The hotel has a homey feel. It is an older style but still comfortable. The location is central to everything - food, shopping, downtown etc
