„Amazing property. It was so beautiful with the courtyard with flowers and the private pool/bath and geat views. They upgraded us with no extra charge. Wish we could have stayed here longer. The price was great for a three story home away from home.“

„The direct surroundings are not very astonishing, but the Hotel itself and the rooms are squeaky clean, the beds comfortable and the terrace invites to stay for a coffee (from the coffee shop right below the hotel) or for a beer, which one can buy in the small bar onsite. Furthermore the small "boulevard" with lots of restaurants, bars and shops is nearby. We were received very friendly and provided several recommendations what to do/where to go during our stay. Given the heat of May, the small ...

„I absolutely LOVED my stay at Falling Leaves Lodge. My partner and I were blown away with the service, attentive staff, beautiful grounds, and clean room. Paula at the front desk went above and beyond for us, whether it was confirming our excursions, arranging taxis, or ordering us early breakfast, she handled it all. The groundskeepers were so kind, setting up lounge chairs and allowing us to connect to the Bluetooth speaker by the pool. The on-site restaurant had a large menu and every dish we ...

„When I arrived there was nobody there to let me in. I tried the whatsapp number and got a recording saying it was not a valid number. I was able to send a message through Expedia messaging and got a reply fairly quick. A gentleman working on the roof finally let me in and gave me a key to the room. The beds were basically a brick with springs poking me when I laid down. The walls are very thin and the road noise went on all night. Parking is along the road and very tight and limited. „Super Lage zentral“

„Nice garden and pool, nice room, no restaurant in the resort only delivery, next to the main road with truck noise in the garden, outside of town“

„L’hotel è molto buono, le stanze pulite, la piscina anche, un po’ fuori dal centro che si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 20/25 minuti. Ma nel complesso un buon appoggio“

„Our family really loved this oasis in the middle of the city. As soon as you stop through the front gate you’re in a comfortable setting with nice pool, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was delicious and so convenient. Staff was friendly and welcoming.“

„Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Midas. Die Cabanas sind sehr schön, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und die Lage etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Bus Terminal San Ignacio entfernt. Etwas gestört hat uns, dass durch die vielen Ritzen doch einige Ameisen im Zimmer waren und dass das Bad insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen war. “

„Organize better for guests check in. Include a phone number for optional assistance“

„Klein aber fein. Mitten im Zentrum. Tiptop für 2 Nächte.“

„They never contacted me to give me information on how to access the property, and did not respond to messages. I was forced to last minute rebook over the Holidays, and now hotels are refusing to give me a full refund.“

„Great for relax, quiet, fresh air and lovely nature environment. Excellent hospitality, clean room and recreation areas, family enjoyed it“

„Schönes Hotel in toller Lage “

„We had an amazing stay at the Rainforest Retreat. Theodocios, our assistant at the Rainforest Retreat was an excellent guide and his wife, Francelia cooked delicious breakfast and dinner that was included with our stay. She also does laundry. We stayed one night there in the Eco-Pods and the 2nd night at the Chaa Creek Lodge. Docios shuttled us back and forth and provided excellent guidance.“

„Incredible all around Good vibes and people “
