This 5 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath Villa is located directly on a sparkling white sand beach, that stretches for a mile where you can take long walks and enjoy a beautiful sunset. The generous outdoor living area hosts an infinity pool (long enough for lap swimming), Jacuzzi, one full bathroom, an outdoor dining area and scrumptious sunken settee area with outdoor bar.

Villa Nilpi has tremendous ocean views from every bedroom and a curving staircase, and is certain to delight even the most experienced and discriminating of travelers. This two story Villa is a delight — built around the main floor that offers tremendous ocean views from the living room, dining room and two bedrooms. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms all of which offer sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean all with lush 600 count linens. The primary bedroom features its own living room area with 75-inch TV and a stone tub and bathroom designed for a luxurious experience.
