Located in Las Palmas neighborhood of San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico, Casa Palmas is a luxury beachfront vacation rental home ideal for a small group or larger group of up to 20 guests. Beachfront here literally means steps to the beach.

Drive to this rental home and you immediately notice the three car attached garage - this is available for guest use. From the garage level, Casa Palmas slops down to the pristine beach below on the Sea of Cortez. The architect did a phenomenal job creating beach views from every room in this home. There is an open floor plan in which the dining room, living room and and kitchen seamlessly flow into one another.

The kitchen is an all electric kitchen with all the appliances you expect including, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, dish washer and electric oven. Plenty of kitchen counter tops create space for preparing your meals.

Four bedrooms, each with a queen bed plus a bunk bed comfortably sleep 11 guests. When more than 11 guests, up to maximum 16 guests, guest must provide airbeds/air mattress to accommodate extra guests.  

Step outside and enjoy numerous entertainment spaces. There are four levels of patios. Starting from the very top - there is a roof top terrace with awesome 360 degree views of the Sea and surrounding mountains. Next level down is the 3rd level patio with chair for you to relax and soak in terrific views of the fishermen and pelicans in the distance. Move down one level further and here you'll find a palapa with bench and lots of seating - perfect for entertaining during the day or night. A nearby charcoal BBQ grill makes entertaining an event to look forward to.  Guest can picks up charcoal for the BBQ at any of the local stores including OXXO stores.

Fully air-conditioned, this rental is suitable for year round rentals.

In house high speed internet access is provided, so bring your iPad, Kindel or other electronic gadget and stay connected with friends and family.

Casa Palmas is centrally located just 2.5 miles South of town, close to the Marina. Less than a mile away is the Oxxo store where you can stock up on beverages.
