Casa Monterrey is a magnificent San Felipe Vacation Rental located in San Felipe's South Beach community of La Hacienda. This home was designed and built to be grandiose, offering over 2,800 square feet of living space to relax and enjoy. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a queen bed. Additional sleeping arrangement on the ground floor is available courtesy of the sofa sleeper. Head upstairs and there are 2 more bedrooms — the third guest room is right up the first flight of stairs, followed by a huge master bedroom with an equally spacious master bath.

The kitchen is outfitted with a complete set of stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator. The breakfast bar is the perfect place to share meals and plan where to go and what to see in San Felipe. This San Felipe Vacation Rental is fun both inside and outside. Outside you have the choice of hanging out at the courtyard on the first floor or heading upstairs to the spacious rooftop deck for some tanning. The rooftop deck also has a BBQ grill, fire pit, and lots of comfortable seating. And the views — simply spectacular. Sea views, mountain views — the pictures tell it all.

This unit's community entrance is closed at all times. Only residents and guests have access by scanning a special card that will be given to you upon arrival. You'll have 1 card available per unit, leaving a $50 deposit for each card which is 100% refundable. The house is very well maintained and is cleaned by a cleaning crew with experience from U.S. hotels. Guests provide all needed towels. Monthly rentals available — utilities are additional. A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.
