To get here, you’ll drive through the beautiful streets of San Felipe to the popular Villa las Palmas community - just South of town.. This building is right on the beach, giving guests unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez. There is plenty of parking in the parking on the street, and the condo is on the first floor. 

You’ll be given a key code to access the lockbox on the front door for secure and contactless entry. Walking through the front door, you will notice how the split floor plan separates the two private bedrooms from the common areas.

The living room is a bright, open space surrounded by windows overlooking the sea and mountains. Sit in one of the oversized armchairs and work on your laptop, read a book, or watch your favorite show on the flatscreen TV. Open the windows and let the living room fill with sunlight, or close the blinds and set the scene for a family movie night.
 
The fully-equipped kitchen features sleek granite countertops, custom cabinets, a breakfast bar, and drawers full of kitchen gadgets and utensils. The kitchen combines modern appliances, open shelving, and locally inspired decor to create a space that is as beautiful as it is functional. Sit together at the breakfast bar for a quick meal before heading down to the beach, or use this extra space to connect to the wifi and get some work done. The local grocery store is just down the street, so you can pick up your favorite meats and veggies and store them in the full-size refrigerator. Other kitchen essentials like a gourmet knife set, blender, toaster, coffee pot and serving dishes make it easy to cook as you do at home.
 
The two bedrooms are located toward the front of the house, separated by a family bathroom. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, high-end linens, handcrafted furniture, decorative light fixtures and high windows that allow for plenty of natural sunlight. Unpack your suitcase and use the spacious closet to keep your clothes and shoes organized. Guests in this room have their own bathroom, complete with mirrored vanity and walk-in shower. 

The second bedroom also has a Queen bed, tiled floors, modern light fixtures and a closet hidden behind sliding mirrored doors. This room also has a private bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and mirrored vanity 
There is also a sleeper sofa to accommodate two additional guests. 

A half bathroom sits in between the bedrooms, giving guests additional space to get ready for (or unwind from) a busy day of exploring, swimming, fishing, or shopping.
 
One of the best features of this home is the beachfront patio. Sit in the luxury patio furniture with a cocktail, turn up your favorite music, and enjoy a well-deserved break overlooking the sea. Bring snacks and drinks out here to enjoy, or sit in the sun with a good book. The patio offers sunny and shady spots, a hammock, a dining area, and padded lounge chairs. This private patio is the perfect place to take a family vacation photo, with the sea and the mountains as the backdrop!
