„We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the property. The staff there were extremely attentive to our needs. They arranged for high quality services such as spas, rides, and tour guides for us—all at reasonable prices. We had a really early morning flight and worried if the driver they arranged would be on time. No need to worry! The restaurant there is excellent too and it sits right on the beautiful garden. Just for the customer service alone, I would rate a 10 out of 5 if that’s possible! The ...

„Todo espectacular! Sin duda, el mejor hotel de Oaxaca.“

„It was great ...“

„The service at breakfast was poor. We had to wait at least half an hour for the coffee every morning, even though breakfast was included in our booking for most items we had to pay separately like fruit juice, bagels, or pancake. This is not what I expect when I have booked a luxury hotel, including breakfast I expect a luxury breakfast.“

„A very nice, very comfortable hotel; I had a great time and would definitely return.“

Enhorabuena!“
