Two storey house with stunning lake and mountain views

The house is situated in a two-house complex with shared entrance in the quiet and residencial neighbourhood of Melipal. Great location at the foot of Cerro Otto, 4 km from city center, 1 km from lake Nahuel Huapi and 13 km from Catedral ski resort. Restaurants, bars, supermarket and petrol station are within walking distance.

Each house has its own space, parking and yard. The entrance is through an electric gate and each house has an alarm.

This two-storey house is fully equipped with everything you will need to have a great experience in Bariloche. It was built in 2019 and its modern design combines stone, wood and big windows providing lots of natural light and stunning views to Nahuel Huapi Lake and the surrounding mountains. It can be very warm and cozy during the winter time and very fresh during the summer time.

The main bedroom is on the first floor, accessed through the stairs. It has a queen size bed and a twin bed (single). Thanks to the big windows great views of both lake and mountains can be appreciated from up here. There is also an en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub.

In the dinning room in the ground floor there is a super confortable sofa bed that sleeps up to 2 adults and a full bathroom with toilet, bide, shower and bathtub.

The dinning room and the living room are integrated with the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking great meals, gas oven, gas stoves, microwave, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, etc. There is also an indoor BBQ in the kitchen, great for winter and summer time.

The house is surrounded by an outdoor deck, ideal to enjoy the views. It also has a beautiful grass front yard to relax being outdoors.
