The apartment is located in the heart of Playa del Inglés, one of Gran Canaria’s most vibrant holiday destinations. Within walking distance, guests can enjoy a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and entertainment venues. The famous Playa del Inglés beach and the stunning Maspalomas Dunes are also nearby, offering beautiful scenery, long sandy beaches, and excellent opportunities for sunbathing, walking, and water sports. The surrounding area provides easy access to many of the island’s most popular attractions, including Maspalomas Lighthouse, Meloneras promenade, Holiday World amusement park, and several golf courses. Whether you are looking for relaxation, outdoor activities, shopping, or nightlife, this location is an ideal base for exploring the best of southern Gran Canaria.

Las Arenas 104 enjoys a fantastic location in Playa del Inglés, allowing guests to explore many of the area's highlights on foot. The beach, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and the popular Yumbo Centrum are all within walking distance, while the famous Dunas de Maspalomas can be reached in around 20–30 minutes on foot. Public buses and taxis are readily available nearby, making it easy to visit attractions such as Maspalomas Lighthouse, Meloneras, and other resorts along the coast. A car is not essential for enjoying Playa del Inglés, but it is recommended for guests wishing to explore the rest of Gran Canaria, including mountain villages, scenic viewpoints, and destinations such as Puerto de Mogán and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
