„Nice , clean hotel, food verity was good. Only one problem. Room air conditioner were not working properly in both rooms. Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes. “

Straight after check-in i proceeded to order room service from Tabaq which is their in house restaurant. The biryani was delicious and i ordered repeatedly from there, the food for breakfast was also terrific.
The room itself is alright, great bed but an average bathroom and shower. Very spacious though with a couch and table tor eating ...

Really disappointed by the fact that Shangrila is a worldwide recognised brand, but could not provide clean and comfortable rooms. Location is troublesome, in the middle of nowhere.
