In the evening, music was blasting from the 1st floor of the hotel that could be heard on the 4th floor. We informed hotel staff, yet they did not do anything for an entire HOUR until midnight, when we contacted Elmi directly, who was able to help us and the music finally stopped. The breakfast was poor and we had to pay extra for the coffee. This was by far our worst hotel on our 14-day trip through Azerbaijan. Only the staff were extremely friendly.“
