„Booked this last minute as the Klamath river wasn’t fishing. Have to say it ticked all the boxes. Lots of room inside to spread out and relax. The deck in the back is large and overlooks the river. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Plenty of room in the driveway to fit our truck and raft, could easily get two boats in there. „Pool and views were great. There was no river access unless we were supposed to use the private road with a locked gate. We didn't ask but maybe the property manager has more information. Basic amenities, but no wine opener or coffee (except for decaf) so bring everything you think you might need. It got into the upper 80's and the house stays hot until late at night even with fans and open windows. No AC is communicated, but be prepared.
