***For reservations of more than 10 nights, we charge for electricity and water consumption;

****A security deposit of R$ 900.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);

*****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the gate/property.
