- Coworking Area (Meeting Room) hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

- Gym hours: 5:00 AM to 11:59 PM (You may request a key and security escort outside of standard operating hours)

- Party Room hours: 9:30 AM to 2:00 AM (Violations regarding noise limits or closing times will result in an initial verbal warning, followed by a fine equivalent to one monthly fee if the behavior persists.)

- Gourmet Area hours: 9:30 AM to 2:00 AM (Violations regarding noise limits or closing times will result in an initial verbal warning, followed by a fine equivalent to one monthly fee if the behavior persists.)

- Pool hours: 5:00 AM to 11:59 PM (Violations regarding the use of glass bottles/cups, or eating/drinking at the poolside or inside the pool, will result in an initial verbal warning, followed by a fine equivalent to one monthly fee if the behavior persists.)

*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay;

**We do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of up to 30 kWh. Any usage exceeding this amount will be charged at check-out. Water costs are included in the rate; For reservations of 15 nights or more, charges will be based on actual consumption.

**A security deposit of R$ 500.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of reservation confirmation, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount is doubled);

***Identification documents for all guests must be submitted for registration and access clearance at the security gate/property.

*******We do not permit guest changes during the stay, even if the total number of people remains within the property's permitted capacity.
