This apartment puts you just steps from the ocean, in one of the most privileged locations in the Bahian capital, with easy access to the waterfront, bars, restaurants, bike path, and the city's most stunning sunset.

The apartment offers a complete and functional setup, perfect for those seeking practicality without giving up comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction cooktop, a retractable range hood, a water purifier, refrigerator, microwave with grill, pop-up power tower, gourmet faucet, blender, sandwich maker, air fryer, and a coffee machine. In the bedroom, the queen-size bed, sofa bed, Reiki glass enclosure, and blackout roller shade ensure privacy and thermal comfort. These are complemented by a desk lamp and a dedicated workspace with an armchair, ideal for working from home. The bathroom features an electric shower, hairdryer, and a lamp with blue chromotherapy lighting, adding a relaxing touch to the space. For everyday needs, the apartment includes a clothes-drying rack, collapsible bucket, brooms, squeegee, dustpan, and vacuum cleaner. The living room is climate-controlled with central air conditioning and offers comfort with a 40” smart TV and a floor lamp.

The condo offers a well-equipped gym, an accessible pool with lift, two gourmet lounges perfect for gatherings, a shared laundry room, and a bike rack—combining convenience and leisure for your stay.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
