The apartment is located in the Barra do Sol Building, in the Barra district of Salvador, with a privileged location, close to tourist attractions and without the need to use vehicles.

My space is on the 4th floor and has 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, both with Split type air conditioning, closets and blackout curtains. It also has a cozy living room with TV and a full kitchen.

We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$700.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

- Suite 1: 1 single bed with auxiliary bed, blackout curtains, cabinets and Split type air conditioning.

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, blackout curtains, closets and split-type air conditioning.

Access to the apartment is by elevator.

Excellent location in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Salvador, close to the Carnival circuit and 200m from the most beautiful urban beach in Salvador, Porto da Barra. Also close to tourist spots and all essential amenities, such as markets, banks, pharmacies, among others. Just 5 minutes away by car, you will reach the most bohemian neighborhood, Rio Vermelho.
