  • Located on the banks of the River Lynher this neat two-bedroom lodge lies within a small holiday park benefiting from great on-site facilities. It's the perfect getaway for small families wanting a peaceful setting and plenty of outdoor activities. Situated just 3 miles from Saltash, 9 miles from Plymouth and 13 miles from Whitsand Bay makes this the perfect base for exploring South Cornwall and Devon. The bustling fishing town of Looe and pretty Polperro Harbour are just a short drive away. Perfect for families and parties of friends, the lodge has an open fire and patio. Guests also benefit from access to shared facilities, including fishing, a tennis court, a children’s play area and a heated outdoor pool during the warmer months. Beautiful Dartmoor is 14.5 miles away and dramatic Bodmin Moor is 12 miles from your base. Visit historic Plymouth, known for its maritime heritage, and enjoy the National Marine Aquarium and the cobbled streets of the Barbican district. Alternatively, enjoy go-karting and zip wires at Adrenaline Quarry (10 miles).

    This one-level home is a welcoming space with modern decor, light tones and large windows and doors that let the outside in. The open-plan living area is spacious and uncluttered and has all the homely comforts you could ask for including a plump sofa and open fireplace. In the lounge, open the patio doors and enjoy the warm air or unwind with a film on the TV. When it’s time to eat, you’ll find a neat kitchen featuring all the appliances you’ll need to whip up a delicious family meal. Serve meals at the dining table or step outside and dine alfresco at the patio table. When it’s time to retire, choose between a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms feature whitewashed walls and wood-panelled flooring and have a tranquil ambiance so you’ll be sure of a good night’s sleep. The bedrooms also share a modern bathroom.

    Outside, start the day with coffee at the patio table or enjoy a soak in the private hot tub. While you relax the children can splash in the shared swimming pool (May to September), play in the children’s area, or enjoy a game of tennis. The lodge offers private parking for one car and further parking in a shared private car park.
