„Cute neighborhood in an ideal location of SLC. Scott was a great host. The house allows dogs, and we rented it knowing that even though we didn't bring any pets. The house smelled of dog when we arrived, but after we aired it out for a few hours, it was fine.“

„Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral und ruhig und das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Das Appartment ist jedoch renovierungsbedürftig, Schimmel an der Badewanne, zu wenig Wasserdruck, keine Lüftung im Bad, Fenster zum Hochschieben war total verdreckt. Küchenflächen klebrig, Bett total unbequem, Matratzen durchgelegen mit Schaumstoffauflage, Heizung aus dem Keller sehr laut, das war nachts sehr störend.“

„Haven’t ever done this before, but it worked out great. I might’ve missed it, but vrbo might be a little more clear if the properties are handicap friendly. This little house worked well for our family (just the stairs and smaller bathrooms were difficult for grandma and her walker), and close to a great little coffee shop. Overall it was a great first experience for us.“

„We had a wonderful time staying at this home on our ski trip. The home is charming and historic but tastefully updated, beautifully decorated, well-stocked and perfectly clean. The location is wonderful—close to airport, walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and everything else downtown, and also has easy access to freeways to get you to all the ski mountains nearby! Sam was a wonderful host and ensured we had what we needed during our entire stay. We can’t wait to stay here again!“

„Its a cute place, fairly brand new on the inside. My step-son recommended the area of town. Its on a busy street, but we never once bothered by the cars. The host is fantastic. There is really nothing negative to say about this place. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Everything was great and it made our sons graduation weekend very nice. 5 stars.“

Die Übernachtung einer dritten Person erfolgte auf einer durchgelegenen Ausziehcouch, die wir erst einmal selbst mit Bettwäsche überziehen mussten. Wenn ich für drei Personen buche, erwarte ich, dass dies bereits erledigt ist und das Zimmer entsprechend vorbereitet ist. Außerdem war die Couch bestimmt 30 Jahre alt und dementsprechend durchgesessen, bzw. durchgelegen und schmuddelig. Man konnte jede Feder im Kreuz ...

„We have stayed in a few condos all over the west coast and this condo is by far one of the best. It has a beautiful view of DT, it’s cute and just the right size. It’s a quick walk over to the Delta center (main reason for our trip to SLC) we highly recommend this unit for your future trips to SLC, I know we will be back!“
