The Space
Bedrooms:
We have 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and a single bed. All with natural ventilation, nightstands, and neutral decor for complete relaxation. Ideal for families, friends, or work groups.

Bathrooms:
3 full, modern, and functional bathrooms with rain showers, elegant sinks, and hot water. Everything is spotless and ready for your comfort.

Kitchen and Dining:
Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, basic utensils, and more. The dining room features an elegant marble table and comfortable chairs for sharing unforgettable moments.

Living Room: An integrated living room with air conditioning, perfect for relaxing or enjoying time with friends.

Outdoors: A patio with a private pool, waterfall, hot tub, and green space. We also have walkways, sun loungers, and ample space to enjoy the outdoors.

Security: A camera system is installed on the exterior of the property for your peace of mind.

Amenities and Common Areas
Guests have access to the entire property, including:
Living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, available bedrooms, backyard, pool with hot tub, and outdoor areas.
You'll enjoy complete privacy in all other spaces.

Rules of coexistence and noise:
To ensure an optimal experience for everyone and maintain a harmonious relationship with the community, the use of speakers, horns or any device that generates excessive noise is not permitted.

Other important points

Important
In compliance with current Ecuadorian regulations and in order to guarantee the safety of guests, the property, and the community, the entry, possession, or use of firearms, controlled substances (drugs), or any other illicit object or activity within the property is strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply with this provision will constitute a serious offense and will result in the immediate termination of the reservation, without refund, as well as notification to and access by the competent authorities.

We reserve the right to act immediately in any situation that compromises the safety, order, or tranquility of the surroundings.

Additional Services and Important House Rules

• If you need any extra services not included in your reservation, we are happy to assist you, subject to availability. Please note that all additional requests incur an extra charge and must be approved in advance.

• Our property is a family vacation home, designed for rest and tranquility. To ensure harmonious coexistence with our neighbors, the permitted hours for any type of noise are until 10:00 PM, including the use of the pool and hot tub. After this time, absolute respect for the peace and quiet must be maintained. The use of speakers, loudspeakers, sound systems, Bluetooth devices, car radios, or any device that generates excessive noise is not permitted under any circumstances, at any time, if it affects the tranquility of the area. - In case of non-compliance: first warning $250. If the Municipal Police intervene, the fine may vary between $750 and $1500 depending on the type of notification received.

The country is currently experiencing an energy emergency that may cause occasional and irregular power outages. This is an external situation and beyond our control.

During holidays or peak periods, there may be temporary water or electricity outages; we will always do our best to ensure your comfort.

For a secure check-in, it is mandatory to present the ID of the reservation holder. Keys will only be given to that person.

We have suppliers for pool and green area maintenance; these scheduled visits cannot be changed and will be communicated to you before or during your stay if they coincide with it.

Maximum parking capacity: 3 vehicles. Washing vehicles on the property is not permitted; violations will result in an automatic $50 fine.

Use of the grill has an additional cost of $5 for cleaning and must be requested in advance.

Important: One-night reservations are not accepted on weekends.
