Ci dispiace molto non aver avuto modo di salutarla né, soprattutto, di conoscere da Lei direttamente i motivi del suo check-out anticipato. Immaginiamo a questo punto abbia legittimamente cambiato i suoi programmi, dato che è arrivata con 2 giorni di ritardo rispetto alla data del check-in (ci ha avvisati solo dopo essere stata contattata più volte) ed è andata via con 3 giorni di anticipo, pernottando da noi una sola notte e avendo come bagaglio solo uno zainetto leggero. Ci rincresce, inoltre, aver dovuto declinare la sua richiesta di rimborso ma, come ben sa, ha scelto la nostra tariffa più conveniente - "not refundable"- che non prevede rimborsi, sia che abbia usufruito del suo soggiorno di 7 notti in toto oppure no. La invitiamo, pertanto, a tornare da noi durante il suo prossimo viaggio in Italia. Sarà un piacere avvolgerla con il calore e la cura della nostra accoglienza, che tanti altri ospiti hanno avuto modo di apprezzare, esprimendo il proprio gradimento con il massimo del punteggio nel restante 98% delle recensioni.
