„Pet and family friendly (for a 4 year old). Very clean and open. Amazing views and quiet location“

„The cottage happily accomodated 6 adults and 4 children and was very comfortable. We identified a few problems which Tina quickly sorted which, surprisingly, appear not to have been reported by the previous occupants. We were so lucky with the weather but we noticed that sadly there were no comfortable outdoor chairs.“

„Unfortunately wrong contact details given on vrbo but was able to contact owner with correct details given by a fellow holiday maker. Otherwise a very pleasant stay in a comfortable and clean place the view was spectacular, didn't want to shut the curtains. The owner was helpful and the bottle of prosecco was a lovely touch.“

„Lovely little house, location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again.“

„Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended“
