„We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling and had to move to another unit second day of stay. Called in the morning to report leak. No one told us we had to move to another unit till 3 pm in the afternoon while we were getting ready to go to St. John for dinner reservations. We had to move all of our stuff at 9:30 at night along with all the groceries we Chad just purchased. Very inconvenient. The attendant helping hardly lifted a finger to help. „I was so disappointed after checking in to Emerald Beach. The property is need of an overhaul. Everything was breaking, grounds filled with weeds, coffee pot and phone not working in the room. Room not too clean. The only good thing about the resort was the beach and scenery. Everything else was subpar at best. “

„Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. “
