„Air Conditioning was nice. House keeping came daily. Rooms were spacious but bathrooms are tiny, limited towels, staff was not helpful, beds were very hard, rooms flooded from rain storm was told to put luggage on bed. Never tried to do anything about it. Front desk was VERY slow. Rooms were not ready at 4. They had muffins and water daily. NOT worth the price.“

„The best and worth part of staying here is the view aside from that breakfast was free it helped a lot with spending money on food also because the only way to eat is actually getting into a taxi and finding everything else since you are on the top of a mountain and there’s nothing near or around there unless you’re driving or taking a taxi which are per person and becomes very expensive after a few rides a day. Did wish the breakfast was more flexible as you only have 2 options to choose from ...

„Breathtaking views and top-notch service. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip. Watching the sunset over the harbor from our lanai was a daily ritual we won't soon forget. The property felt like a private oasis, yet we were only minutes away from the shopping at Mongoose Junction. The staff treated us with such warmth and provided everything we needed for our beach days. If you're looking for luxury in Cruz Bay, this is it!“
