Welcome in my 25m2 apartment + a large 8m2 terrace with a panoramic view of the Esterel Massif, and its fantastic red/orange colors especially at sunrise and sunset!

1) The apartment has a " night area", completely separated from the living room, with its window and a double storage bed (140*190) in an alcove, which can be opened to store your belongings underneath.
ATTENTION : the " night area" is just closed with curtains. The living room , on the other side of the apartment, has a door.

2) You will be 10 minutes walk from Agay Beach, which is a large SAND beach! BE CAREFUL because in Saint Raphael, the majority of beaches are pebble beaches, not everyone likes that! -). The hiking trails in the Esterel Mountains as well as the coastal paths are also just nearby.

3) The apartment is IN THE HEART of the Pierres et Vacances Cap Esterel holiday village, therefore close to all shops, restaurants, boutiques. BE CAREFUL, because this village is very large and it is on a hill, without escalators or elevators and it is a pedestrian village, so if you are not in the center, plan to walk a lot and climb many steps -)

4) You will benefit free of charge from all the Village's entertainment as well as certain facilities: Swimming pools, including one heated, one with waves, one with jacuzzi, Water park with slides, mini-golf, children's play area, tourist train which takes you to the other beach on the other side, Dramont beach (but personally I like it less, because it's pebbles-)

Other activities with payment: Golf, tennis & padel courts, children's club service, electric bike rental, Spa...

NB: swimming pools and activities are available in season, ie from the beginning of April to the end of October.

5) The apartment is on the 2nd and LAST floor (no elevator), so no risk of hearing footsteps above your head -)

6) Cleaning and linen is INCLUDED in the service, you won't have to bother with that at the end of your stay wondering if you did it well -), nor having to bring your linen around with you -)

9) Description: 1 double bed 140*190 in the sleeping area, and 2 pull-out beds 80*190 in the living room (the lower bed rises and becomes at the same level as the upper bed), flat screen TV, kitchenette: 4 ceramic hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, filter coffee machine, bathroom with bathtub, iron.
Foldable dining table in the living room with 3 chairs and a stool, 2nd dining table plus 4 chairs on the terrace.
NB: there is no washing machine, but there is a laundromat just below.
