Located on the 3th floor with elevator and air conditioning, this fully equipped apartment comprises:
- Two bedrooms with two double beds.
- One shower room.
- A fully equipped and functional kitchen.
- A shared swimming pool, open from 9am to 7pm from May 16 to the end of September (possibility of extended hours if the weather is favorable).
- A lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.

You'll have access to all the facilities you need for an excellent stay, such as WiFi, parking, TASSIMO coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, fridge, etc.
Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost.

The pool will be open starting May 15th, 2025.

## Emplacement
Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural town as well as a popular seaside resort. The town offers a wide variety of landscapes and activities, divided between the old town, the various ports and the beaches. The city stretches along 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the edge of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water sports such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, walks along the water's edge, as well as a maritime archaeological museum.
