Cocoonr agency offers you this charming 50 m² cottage with sea view, direct access to the beach, wifi, in Saint-Malo, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom upstairs, bathroom (with shower), separate toilet. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with TV and a beautiful view of the Bas Sablons harbor and St Malo Intra-Muros, a sofa bed in the living room.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200),
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the following additional equipment is available: high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron, cot (on request when booking, we can install a cot for babies). For reasons of safety and hygiene, we do not provide mattresses, apart from the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you wish.)

La maisonnette is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available nearby: Parking de la Montre. Pay parking is available on the street.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:

- Bus stop near the accommodation: Mairie de St Servan" stop - Line 8.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station about 7 min by car (2.8 km).
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport approx. 1 hr by car (76 km)
- St Malo ferry terminal 5 min by car, 10 min on foot. Ferry to Portsmouth, Guernsey.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :

Autonomous arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 450m from the train station, a 30-minute walk from the apartment or a 5-minute drive from the nearest Keycafé “Sécurité Sociale” bus stop, lines 2 and 8 (this bus serves the “Mairie de St Servan” stop closest to the apartment).

Face-to-face welcome: in this case, you will be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment and give you the keys.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, who will be at your service throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
