The Space:

This modern country house built on two floors with 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 people.



On the ground floor, you will find a large open area on the living room, kitchen and dining room. The huge kitchen central unit is certainly one of the most unifying elements. The dining table can easily accommodate 10 people while the island can accommodate 5 additional people. In the living room you will find two sofas. A full bathroom with shower and a bedroom with Queen bed are also on this level.



Upstairs you will find a small living room for children, 3 additional bedrooms and a second toilet.



Outside, a large covered patio allows you to enjoy the BBQ. The outdoor spa is positioned to maximize your enjoyment of sunsets. A campfire area is set up and you have direct access to the bike and the federated snowmobile trails.

Guest Access:

You have full access to the residence and its land in addition to a direct access to the Jacques-Cartier bike path and the federated snowmobile trail.

Please note that the BBQ and outside fire area are available only during summer time.



The chalet is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit. While it's not a central system, it typically ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the entire space.
