On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the dining room and lounge area, which is isolated by a glass roof, as well as a bedroom with en suite shower room. Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms with double beds, plus a spacious bathroom (bath and shower) with double basins.

Villa Nymphea is the ideal place to meet and share memorable moments on the Rhuys peninsula.

The accommodation consists of :

- A living room of 40 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), wifi
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Four bedrooms with 3 double beds (140,190) and 1 queen-size bed (160,200). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* quality hotel linen is provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath for one and shower for the other one
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort : plancha, laundry machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :

- A swimming pool (private, heated according to weather conditions), swimming pool open from June 1st until the end of September.
- A beautiful garden of 300 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Small plus: outdoor kitchen area with its plancha.
