The Space:

Inside, the apartment features a bright, airy, and spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area with deep, comfortable sofas and large double doors opening directly onto the sunny wrap-around terrace.



The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything required for effortless holiday catering, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and a Tassimo coffee machine.

For a truly traditional alpine evening with family or friends, both fondue and raclette sets are ready for you to use.

The flexible three-bedroom, two-bathroom layout is perfectly suited for families and small groups of friends:



Bedroom 1: A premium double room featuring its own private balcony and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, and WC). Beds can be set as 2 singles.

Bedroom 2: A comfortable double room with lovely mountain views. Beds can be set as 2 singles.

Bedroom 3: A classic alpine bunk room featuring a double bed on the bottom and a single bunk overhead (sleeping 2 to 3 people comfortably).



Family Bathroom: A spacious bathroom featuring a full bath with an overhead shower, sink, and WC.

High-quality bed linen and towels are provided for all rentals.

A washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, iron, and fast, reliable WiFi are included.



Safety Notice: Due to the ground-floor balcony and terrace position, children must be supervised at all times. The apartment is not specifically child-proofed.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy exclusive, private access to the entire ground-floor apartment, the private wrap-around terrace, and the private balcony off Bedroom 1. You will also have access to a secure, private cave (ski locker), which is perfect for storing skis, boots, and hiking gear safely.

One dedicated private free parking space is provided on the premises, with additional free on-street parking available nearby.

Apartment Marmottes is positioned on Avenue du Mont Paccard, offering a stunning setting with mountain views that is just a short, flat walk into the absolute centre of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. The village is buzzing with traditional French bakeries, boutique shops, a weekly market, and fantastic local restaurants ranging from casual alpine cheese spots to fine dining at places such as Le Serac.



The immediate area is uniquely served by two brand-new, state-of-the-art lift systems that make exploring the region seamless in any season. You are just 3 minutes from the Ascenseur des Thermes, a brilliant, free panoramic glass lift/funicular that connects the town centre directly to the historic thermal spa parks 177 metres below.

You can also access the Le Valléen gondola infrastructure, allowing quick, car-free access across the valley.



Getting Around:

Getting here and exploring the Mont Blanc region could not be simpler, even without a car:



Arriving by Train: If you are arriving at Saint-Gervais-Le-Fayet station, the brand-new Le Valléen telecabine connects the station directly to the centre of Saint-Gervais in just 5 minutes, operating year-round.



To the Slopes: The main Bettex ski lift is a 20-minute walk away, or you can take the free, frequent ski bus which stops just a 5-minute walk from your front door.



Exploring Further: You are perfectly positioned for easy day trips to Chamonix, Les Contamines, and Megève.



Other Things to Note:

Spa Access: The Ascenseur des Thermes funicular lift down to the world-famous Les Thermes spa and park is completely free of charge and operates daily from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. There is also a large parking area at the base if required.
