Chalet Bevan is a bright and sunny 4-bedroom chalet in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, enjoying a peaceful setting with exceptional views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding Alpine peaks. Sleeping up to 7 guests, it is an ideal choice for families, couples, and small groups seeking a comfortable mountain retreat.

Located away from the hustle and bustle, the chalet is just 10 minutes by car from the centre of Saint-Gervais, 5 minutes from the Chattrix ski lift, and 30 minutes from Chamonix.

Outdoor Space

On arrival, guests are welcomed by a large sunny terrace with stunning mountain views, a spacious garden, and an outdoor dining area with a BBQ — perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. Private parking is available for 3–4 cars.

The Chalet

The chalet offers approximately 120 m² of living space. The open-plan living and dining area comfortably seats up to 8 guests and features:

Large windows with panoramic mountain views
A wood-burning stove
Underfloor heating on the ground floor
Wi-Fi
Apple TV
Sound system

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a self-catered stay.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The chalet sleeps up to 7 guests across four bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Single bedroom
Bedroom 2: Bunk bedroom
Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with king-size bed, balcony, and mountain views
Bedroom 4: Double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room

There are two bathrooms/shower rooms, including the en-suite, plus a separate WC.

Winter Stays

Chalet Bevan is ideally located for skiing in Saint-Gervais and the wider Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area. The free ski shuttle stop is approximately a 5-minute walk from the chalet.

A garage provides convenient ski and boot storage.

Please note that the chalet is not ski-in/ski-out. During winter, snow tyres and/or chains are essential due to the driveway access.

Summer Stays

The chalet is an excellent base for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, trail running, and exploring the surrounding areas, including Saint-Gervais, Les Contamines, Megève, Chamonix, and Passy.

The terrace and garden provide the perfect setting for outdoor dining, enjoying the views, or simply unwinding after a day of adventure.
