Set within the historic listed residence of La Maison Heureuse, Le Nid d’Été is a single-storey retreat between forest and ocean. Just 20 metres from the house, a private gate opens directly onto Les Saumonards beach, facing Fort Boyard.

The house welcomes up to 6 guests and one baby. It includes two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, one shower room with toilet, a very well-equipped kitchen, an enclosed outdoor area, two private parking spaces and secure bicycle storage.

DIRECT BEACH ACCESS
The house stands immediately beside the residence’s private beach gate. In a few steps, the wooded paths give way to sand, pine trees and the Atlantic. Families can easily return for lunch, a child’s nap or forgotten beach equipment.

LIVING AND KITCHEN
The living room provides a sofa bed for two, a large television, Bluetooth speaker, dining table, books and games. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, espresso machine and Moulinex multicooker. Raclette, crêpe, mussel, oyster and seafood equipment is also provided.

SLEEPING
• Main bedroom: 180 × 200 cm king-size bed with mattress topper, television and storage.
• Bedroom 2: 140 × 200 cm double bed and storage.
• Living room: sofa bed for two.
Fans and thermal curtains help keep the house comfortable on warm summer days.

FOR FAMILIES
A travel cot, high chair, folding baby bath, baby bouncer and play mat are supplied free of charge. Beach equipment includes a UV tent, sand toys, ball and rackets. The enclosed outdoor area is suitable for children.

Cars may not be driven through the paths or communal areas. Vehicles must remain in the allocated spaces and personal belongings may not be placed in front of the property or in shared areas.
