Sleeping arrangements
The main villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a walk-in wardrobe. Two bedrooms are furnished with a Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), while the third has two single beds (90 x 200 cm).
One of the bedrooms has its own shower room with toilet, while the other two share a second shower room and a separate toilet.

An independent master suite is also located in a separate annex, right next to the swimming pool. Accessible via a short pathway, it is completely separate from the main villa. This particularly pleasant space offers additional privacy, although it is not suitable for children.

Living spaces
The naturally ventilated living room opens onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for preparing and sharing delicious meals with family or friends.
Outside, the large covered terrace, slightly elevated above the swimming pool and the covered poolside pavilion, is a true living space. It features a convivial dining area as well as a lovely lounge area where guests can relax.

Pool area
The spacious pool area is undoubtedly one of the property's greatest assets. The 10 x 5 m swimming pool, sun deck and superb wooden poolside pavilion with bar provide the perfect setting for relaxing, enjoying the sunshine, sharing a drink or letting the children play.
A shower and toilet are also conveniently located near the pool.
