Cocoonr is offering this single-storey house with a swimming pool for rent in Saint-François. It has a floor area of 82 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a 45 m² living area, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, three air-conditioned bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and a lovely garden of around 750 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 45 m² living area with a TV, sofas and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Two bathrooms with shower and toilet (one of which is en suite to Bedroom 1)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: fans in each bedroom and in the living area, a barbecue, a washing machine, a cot, and an ironing board.
