I really appreciated the welcome gifts of biscuits, water and milk too. Breakfast was excellent and a very generous portion. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. I would also recommend the evening meals and good selection of ales - both of which were high quality. “

Then they gave ma a room that was the most far away room you can imagine although I had super heavy luggage and despite the fact that the hotel wasn't booked out. The room was not heated and super cold. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. When I had breakfast and walked away to get a second coffee someone put a bottle with cleaning detergent on my bench and didn't show up anymore. ...

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, alle waren super nett, obwohl wir wahrscheinlich nicht dem typischen Gasttypen entsprechen ( eher rockig, waren zum Metall Konzert in der Stadt). Das Bett war super bequem und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich jeden cent wert :) gerne wieder“

„Klasse Hotel! Liegt so schön ruhig am See und man kommt problemlos zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in die Stadt von Cardiff. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Konnte mein Auto vom Bett aus sehen, klasse! Gerne wieder! Frühstück war auch ausreichend - englisch halt! :)“
