Ideally located in the heart of the Saint-Émilion vineyards, our typical house welcomes you for a stay surrounded by vines. It features a large terrace with a green space, a plot of land planted with fruit trees, and a small courtyard at the front. On the ground floor, you will find a fitted kitchen, a pantry, a dining room, a large living room (DVD player), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one queen-size bed, one single bed, two double beds, a baby bed, and a changing table), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Sheets and towels are included in the price, and beds are made upon arrival. Oil-fired central heating is not included. A cleaning service is available upon request. Tourist tax is not included.
