Welcome to La Maison Hermitage, a charming and characterful family home located in the peaceful village of Nabirat, in the heart of the beautiful Périgord Noir. Here, you’ll experience the best of both worlds: the authentic charm of the past combined with the modern comforts of today. Hidden away in a lush, enclosed garden, this house is a true haven of peace, yet close to all amenities and the most famous sights of the Dordogne.

Inside
La Maison Hermitage has been tastefully decorated with attention to comfort and atmosphere. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine (dryer in the cellar) and coffee maker. The cosy living room invites you to relax with a book or board game; the fireplace is decorative only. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a dining room, a separate toilet and a shower room with double washbasins.

Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms: a children’s room with three single beds, a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a guest room (with independent access from the kitchen) featuring a double bed and a baby cot. All bedrooms are equipped with portable air conditioning units for a pleasant night’s sleep, even on warm summer evenings.

Outside
In the beautifully landscaped and enclosed garden, you’ll enjoy complete privacy. The heated and secured private swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, while the sun loungers, parasol and comfortable seating areas invite you to relax. Under the linden tree or in the shade of the gazebo, you can unwind and enjoy long summer days and peaceful evenings in the open air.

The location of La Maison Hermitage is ideal for exploring the treasures of the Dordogne. Discover the medieval villages of Domme and La Roque-Gageac (both around 15 minutes away) or the lively town of Sarlat, just a 20-minute drive.
