„We had an amazing stay at ging tea house It is a rare gem hidden in the mountains with breathtaking views. The property manager Mr. Andrew made sure our stay was memorable. He helped us with the directions. He and his team work day and night to make sure we have tasty food for breakfast lunch and dinner and making nice dargeeling tea for us. The property is located in the mountains with lots of greenery and small hikes to explore the tea plantations. Will definitely visit here again. “

„I stayed 2 delightful nights at the Ivanhoe. Your managers couldnt have been more helpful and thoughtful. The old part of the hotel is far nicer than the new annex. I stayed in a cosy room ( Col Sir Younghusband )with a fireplace, surrounded by thoughts on who had graced these rooms in the past. A place with a lot of character and lovely staff. „Beautiful hotel with spacious and confortable rooms. Personnel is also very friendly. There is only 2 dowsides: the restaurant had almost nothing available (wrt menu) and the hotel is little bit far from city center (20 min by walk). Bit overall I recommand this hotel.“

„Great location, walkable to the Toy Train. Many restaurants close by. The hotel was able to organise taxis and sightseeing trips. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very busy at breakfast but there was no shortage of food. Would stay again.“

„We stayed for one night at the Central Heritage in Darjeeling, our last night before returning to Germany. For the price, we expected better. The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was very stale and not tasty. Staff was very inefficient. This would all be OK if it was a budget priced hotel but at the price we paid we definetely were dissapointed. If you are budgeting for a 3-4 star hotel stay somewhere else.“

„It was very nice and pleasant stay. Deepak took care about each and everything from checkin to checkout, room cleaning and food services etc. Chef prepared Jain food and food suitable for kids. Food was tasty and delicious. They prepared it early morning before 7am also because we need to start early to catch flight. „The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. They need to make the hotel more friendly for the people with disabilities. They need to put side rails up and make the hotel more wheel chair accessible. Furniture is old, basically to maintain the colonial heritage, but still the furniture could polished to look new. Otherwise no complaints. They just need to make it more friendly for the DISABLED since it’s on the top of a hill.“
